The shipping process is initiated after an order has been paid for. We reach out the client just to confirm his or her delivery address, and then we start preparing the order. After the chocolate bars have been prepared,  we proceed to packaging. 

The package method depends on the amount ordered. We won’t disclose how we package for security reasons but we’ll definitely let you know that there are about 3 layers that conceal the package. There’s another aspect of concealing that might include us shipping a broken electronic device just to ice the cake. No one carrying the package or looking at it, even through a scanner, will be able to tell the content in the said package.  The packages range from small phone boxes to large TV Boxes and sometimes, we use shipping crates. 

Locally, we use FedEx, USPS, and a few others to ship our  mushroom chocolate bars. For international orders, we use DHL, FedEx, and other mail services depending on the country. Shipping to the UK, for example, we may use Royal Mail. Whatever means we use, there’s tracking information provided, and there’s follow-up on all orders after they arrive.
